Bakat Interact 2018

Bakat Interact is another one of the most sought after events that is opened to the public and is an event where all the schools participate by sending representatives for two categories, Band Category and Dance Category. This event allows both interactors and non-interactors to collaborate and create something and display their talent as they have the chance to express themselves openly without being constricted by a specific theme.

Our school have sent a band of 7 members which includes singers, Eylia Eyre, Charlize Sinidol, Michelle Lawrence, guitarist and keyboardist, Angelyca Laura, Sabryna Uzair, bassist, Marianne Biusing and drummer, Vivi. Alongside with a dance team consisting of ...., which includes

Bakat Interact was held on 9th June 2018 at Yayasan Sabah's Auditorium, from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and was funded by tickets that were bought by everyone that came to support in the live performances of their families and friends. The event started with the heartfelt speech given by the rotarians and judges that came as far as from New Zealand to witness the talent of many highschool students.

This event was participated by SM La Salle, SMK St Francis Convent, SM Lok Yuk, SM All Saints, SM Stella Maris and KK High school, with 6 bands and 5 dance teams. Not only that, but certain schools also took the extra step into setting up stalls on the outside of the auditorium to sell various drinks and foods, in which our school also took up on. The junior interactors were given various jobs to prepare foods, sell food, set up stall, ticketing at the entrance of the event and also acted as the emcees for the event.
