13th JOINT INSTALLATION NIGHT

On the night of 5th May 2023, BODs of The Interact Club of SMK St. Francis Convent participated in the 13th Joint Installation Ceremony organised by RCKK at Horizon Hotel. In this event, we are proud to say our BODs have officially been installed! 

The ceremony gathered six schools under the RCKK. To kick off the night, hosts from All Saints started off the program followed by speeches from the RCKK President, Rotarian Edward Tan and a Guest of Honor. Each school even prepared a performance for everyone to enjoy as we delighted in the scrumptious banquet. Our school prepared a conjoint band performance with SM La Salle. 

Our Club Service Director, Beyona as the lead singer accompied by two BODs of SM La Salle Interact Club. They performed a medley of Best Part, Pluto Projecter and Glue Song. 

As we were the last school to wrap up the entertainment corner, we were faced with the moment we've been waiting for; Installation Ceremony. To say we were nervous was an understatement, everyone was jittery and were striken by their nerves but thankfully, it was smooth sailing.

We danced the night away and met new friends amongst the crowd. Memories we created throughout the night will definitely remain shining gold in our memory. If it weren't for RCKK, we wouldn't be able to enjoy such an event of our lifetime, our highest grattitude goes to them. 

 

The ceremony was over and it felt as if burdens were lifted off our shoulders; but we knew it was only the start of our journey as BODs for the 23/24' session.
